- Harper™ 66 Series Appliance Hand Truck measuring 60" X 18 1/4" has 6" X 2" mold-on rubber wheels and 3/4" zinc plated axle to resist rust. Hand truck is equipped with a patented double lock ratchet. It has high quality glass filled nylon continuous belt stair crawlers and robotically welded 14 gauge steel tubular frame.
