- Harper™ 69 Series Safety Appliance Truck measuring 61 1/4" X 19" has 10" X 3 1/2" pneumatic 4-ply tire tube wheels and 5" hard-core wheels. Hand truck is equipped with a patented double lock ratchet with a 14' poly belt. It has 5" X 24" base plate and available with optional auto-rewind ratchet.
