- Harper™ 69 Series Safety Appliance Truck measuring 61 1/4" X 19" has 10" X 2" mold-on rubber wheels and 5" hard-core wheels. Hand truck is equipped with a patented double lock ratchet with a 14' poly belt. It has 5" X 24" base plate and available with optional auto-rewind ratchet.
