- Harper™ 700 Series Cylinder Hand Truck measuring 48" X 21" has 10" X 2" solid rubber ball bearing wheels offering more strength and support. Hand truck with a load capacity of 300 lb and 2 1/4" hub provides a wide range of utility for various gases and compatible for medium to large cylinders. Hand truck with 7" X 14" base plate and 27" chain helps to carry the cylinders firmly and safely while moving. Hand truck with stair crawler has 1 1/4" tubular steel frame offering continuous push, pull or lift and 1/4" high strength steel to prevent load from rubbing on wheels. It also has a 3/4" D-Lok zinc plated axle to resist rust and 5/8" bore to transport the truck smoothly.
