- Harper™ 700 Series Cylinder Hand Truck measuring 50" X 23" has 10" X 3 1/2" solid rubber pneumatic ball bearing wheels offering more strength and support. Hand truck provides a wide range of utility for various gases and compatible for medium to large cylinders. Hand truck with 9" X 18" base plate and 19"/34" chain helps to carry the cylinders firmly and safely while moving. Hand truck has 1 1/4" tubular steel frame offering continuous push, pull or lift and 1/4" high strength steel to prevent load from rubbing on wheels. It also has a 3/4" D-Lok zinc plated axle to resist rust.
