Harper™ 88 Series Drum Rack with 2 retractable measures 23" X 16" and handles has 2 1/2" cast aluminum wheels and 2 1/2" polyethylene swivel casters. Steel drum rack with a load capacity of 700 lb is constructed of 1" OD X 14 gauge steel tubing welded for strength. Non-skid has on front rockers to prevent frame from sliding when drum is tipped.
