- Harper™ 900 Series 13 1/2" Dia Acetylene/9 1/4" Dia Oxygen Heavy Duty Cylinder Cart measuring 60" X 38" has 21" X 4" tubeless pneumatic wheels. Continuous handle hand truck has 1 1/4" tubular steel frame offering continuous push, pull or lift and 1/4" high strength steel to prevent load from rubbing on wheels. Truck with tow ring is compatible for large cylinders. It also has a 3/4" D-Lok zinc plated axle to resist rust and 5/8" bore to transport the truck smoothly.
