- Western Hose To Torch Quick Disconnect Set is constructed from brass that provides operator comfort and long service life. Quick disconnect set with check valve is color coded for added safety and renders fast, reliable positive connections as well as quick disconnections. It features a spring-loaded locking mechanism for gas-tight connection and has a demand valve on supply side for positive seal. It features double seal socket connection that renders second seal and features non-interchangeable oxygen/fuel gas connectors that avoid accidental gas mixing. It features small diameter construction that permits to fit all B-Size welding and cutting equipments. Set featuring reverse flow check valve can be instantly closed with total shutoff by applying 10 oz of back pressure. It exceeds CGA flow specifications and has 1100 SCFH flow rate at 125 PSI inlet pressure when tow check valves are used in combination. Rugged set features instant connections and is ideal for cutting, brazing, welding as well as plasma applications. Lightweight set with advanced high-flow design features a maximum operating pressure of 200 psig and is 100% tested. Absolute and constant respect for compressed gases is agreeable for safe operations.
