- 3M™ Cubitron™ II 984F Series Medium Grade 60 Grit YF Weight Orange Cloth Belt measuring 1/2" X 24" is made of closed coat ceramic grain with cloth backing for durability. Belt is ideally used in portable, back stand, bench top, flat finishing and It helps to eliminate burnishing and heat stress. It lasts up to 4 times as long as conventional ceramic aluminum oxide belts. Belt is made with revolutionary precision shaped abrasive grain technology and provides 30% faster cutting on hard-to-grind metals. It deviates heat from the work piece and belt to the swarf for cool cutting. Coated belt is sold as 200 per case.
