- Norton® SG Blaze R980P 80 Grit Plyweld Joint Close Coat/Supersize Grain Coating Portable Belt measuring 3 1/2" X 15 1/2" is made from ceramic alumina abrasive material and is ideal to use on mild and carbon steel, stainless, cobalt, chrome, inconel and titanium. Belt with waterproof cloth backing features an enhanced resin bond system and offers optimum productivity at the lowest grinding costs. Belt contains a supersize grinding lubricant and renders better body retention during use for uniform grinding. It resists edge-fray and offers good metal integrity. It also provides great part finish as well as integrity and a longer belt life because of better grain adhesion. It is sold as 50 per pack.
