- Norton® Metalite R283 80 Grit X Weight File Belt measuring 1/4" X 18" is made of aluminum oxide abrasive material. Belt with rayon cloth backing find its application in light weld removal and blending, shape and contour sanding, surface preparation prior to coating and plating, removing cutting tool marks from molds and dies, general clean up and finishing. It is sold as 50 per pack.
