- 3M™ 747D 1" X 1" 60 Grit Ceramic Alumina Coated Type 83 Flap Wheel features straight shank if 1/4" and is designed to continuously provide new abrasive as flaps wear away. Medium grade flap wheel featuring X weight cloth backing runs at the maximum speed of 30000 RPM is ideal for use on stainless steel. Wheel delivers consistent finish with uniform rate of cut and can be shaped to fit any desired contour, even compound radius.
