- Norton® Vortex Rapid Prep™ 3" Dia Medium Grade 150 Grit Aluminum Oxide Quick Change Disc Type TP with polyester cloth backing helps to change discs quickly and safely by a snap-on/snap-off style nylon fastener. Maroon non-woven abrasive disc has cutting speed of 20000 RPM. Disc comes with clean bond resin technology and provides 3X times longer life. Edge wear resistant disc comes with friable grain design that retains Ra specs during disc life. Disc offers consistent finish by remaining flat on back-up pads. Minimum scrap and rework free disc decreases process time by eliminating 2 - 5 grit sequences in blending operation. Sanding disc offers consistent cutting and is ideal for deburring as well as blending operations.
