Item Details

  • Standard Abrasives GP 4" Dia X 30' Very Fine Grade Aluminum Oxide Buff and Blend Roll is used with vibratory orbital and straight-line sanders, to develop matte and satin finishes. Cut to size roll is used by hand or to finish a part turning on a lathe or spindle and width fits most power sanders. Roll is ideal for edge debarring on aluminum extrusions, debarring aluminum die cast flashing, removing micro burrs, radius edges on precision machined parts and contoured parts. Roll is designed for removing rust, surface preparation prior to coating, removing heavy surface oxidation and surface coatings for part inspection. Roll is used for blending mill marks, tool marks, reducing uneven edges, mismatches and coated abrasive disc scratch patterns.
