- Standard Abrasives 800 Series Type 821 6" Dia X 1" Medium Grade Aluminum Oxide Grain Unitized Wheel with 1" arbor offers an enhanced edge durability and life for tough debarring and polishing applications. Hard density wheel with 6000 RPM is designed for tough debarring, blending, finishing and polishing on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Wheel is ideal for debarring stainless steel pipe thread, wire edges from surgical instruments, stainless steel sinks, tanks and other equipment for the food service industry. It is also ideal for breaking edges on aluminum extrusions, debarring gears and aircraft wing spars. Wheel is used for polishing stainless steel rule dies, polishing welds on stainless steel sinks, polishing round tubing, polishing machined surfaces and hand tools.
