Lenox® CAST MASTER™ 154' Carbide Bandsaw Blade measuring 3/4" X 0.035" has 3 TPI and is ideal for hand fed foundry applications. Blade has sub-micron grade carbide designed for cutting aluminum and non-ferrous parts with limited feed pressure. High speed cutting blade has optimized rake angle and narrow kerf and features multi-chip tooth design that reduces cutting forces and limits vibration. Highly advanced backing steel alloy increases fatigue life and minimizes band breaks. Precision grind on the rake face prevents material build up on the tooth edge. Superior performance blade is used in aluminum/non-ferrous, castings, gates & risers, wood and composites.
