Weiler's standard wheel brushes range from 1" to 15" in diameter. Available fill materials include; heat-treated steel, Type 302 stainless steel, brass, bronze and nickel silver wires and a variety of synthetic and natural fibers. There are two basic forms of wire used in wheel brushes - crimped wire for flexibility and light-duty applications and knot wire for more aggressive brushing action.

Designed for optimum performance on today's high-speed air and electric tools, Weiler's range of stem-mounted brushes includes wheel, cup, and end brushes with 1/4" stems for easy mounting in tool collets. The brushes are available in heat-treated steel, Type 302 stainless steel, and brass wires. The steel and stainless steel wire types are available in crimped wire and know wire configurations to meet the demands of a broad assortment of application requirements.
