Item Details

  • Weiler's standard wheel brushes range from 1" to 15" in diameter. Available fill materials include; heat-treated steel, Type 302 stainless steel, brass, bronze and nickel silver wires and a variety of synthetic and natural fibers. There are two basic forms of wire used in wheel brushes - crimped wire for flexibility and light-duty applications and knot wire for more aggressive brushing action.

Features

  • Highly corrosion resistant. recommended where contamination or "after rust" is a problem, such as brushing stainless steel or non-ferrous metals. All Weiler stainless steel brushes are made with Type 302 stainless steel wire.

  • Deburring, cleaning, finishing.
  • Cleaning of internal surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.
  • Edge blending.
  • Clean and polish I.D. and O.D. surfaces.
