- 3M™ 483 Black 5 mil Film Tape measuring 2" X 36 yd features rubber adhesive for good instant adhesion. Marking tape with polyethylene backing is designed for use in applications like general sealing of containers and irregular shaped objects. Easy-to-use pressure sensitive vinyl rolls are abrasion, oil and grease resistant. Warning Tapes are not self adhesive. Tape stretches easily and is highly conformable for a tight seal around irregular surfaces. Tape contains low sulfur and halogen content and low water vapor transmission rate.
