3M™ Series 5413 Amber 2.7 mil Insulating Polyimide Film Tape measuring 1" X 36 yd features single-sided silicone adhesive designed for good instant adhesion. Film Tape with Kapton® polyimide backing is designed for use in high temperature paint bake operations and finds application in various fields. Electrically and thermally insulated tape is flame retardant and operates in temperature -100 to 500 deg F. It offers 62% elongation at break and provides protection for gold fingers of printed circuit boards during wave solder or solder dip process. It is RoHS compliant.
