3M™ 3615 Series White 4 mil General Purpose Tape measuring 2" X 36 yd has silicone adhesive for good instant adhesion. Tape has glass cloth backing and finds its application in fabric splicing, seaming panels, sealing panels, heavy-duty masking, bundling, holding, harness wrapping and welding back-up. It has high temperature resistance and offers superior abrasion/puncture resistance and 7% elongation. Tape has high temperature HVAC sealing and 450 F, intermittent 500 F, permanent sealing for high temperature ducts or chambers.

Can be used from -65 deg to 450 deg F (-54 to 232 deg C) or greater
Can withstand intermittent temperatures up to 550 deg F (288 deg C) or higher, depending upon the type and duration of the heat source
Glass cloth for high tensile strength to provide a permanent seal
Silicone adhesive for long aging, good holding power for a wide operating range to help increase productivity

High temperature applications requiring high tensile strength and good holding power
