3M™ 500 Series Green 33 mil Impact Stripping Tape measuring 2" X 10 yd features acrylic adhesive for good instant adhesion and silicone easy release liner. Tape with specially compounded rubber backing finds its application in sand and grit blasting, glass etching, sandblast, shape carving, monument blasting, headstone blasting, impact stripping, media blast and engraving. It is good for small lettering, media blasting and offers 85% elongation. Tape offers clean visible cut marks, easy alignment and easy blast-through and provides edge, surface protection.

It is recommended that the temperature of the application surface is at least 40 deg F (4 deg C) or above
The application surface should be warm, clean, and dry to ensure
Rub down firmly when applying to achieve maximum adhesion to surface
Specially formulated rubber backing designed to withstand impact against common blasting media including aluminum oxide, steel shot, glass bead, and plastic media
