  • 3M™ Temflex™ 1755 Series Black 13 mil Friction Tape measuring 2" X 60' is designed to provide mechanical protection against abrasion and features double-sided rubber adhesive for good adhesion. Friction tape with cotton backing provides cut-through for cable, wire splices and connections insulated with rubber electrical tape. It provides binding, bundling and spot holding on wire harnesses. It has high break strength and features low stretching for heavy-duty binding. It can be used to a maximum temperature of 176 deg F and features 48 lb/in tensile strength. Electrically insulated tape provides protection on sharp edges and prevents scratching. It provides mechanical protection for rubber electrical tape and features 40 oz/in adhesion to backing. It is RoHS 2011/65/EU approved.
