- RotaLoc™ Annular Cutters are designed for use exclusively in the HMD115 and HMD150 magnetic drills. Made of M42 high speed steel and feature Stack-Cut geometry for penetrating multiple plates in a single pass, up to 3/4" D.O.C. (depth of cut). They have a bayonet style twist lock shank for fast tool change over requiring no tools to install in the drill's arbor.
