- Hougen® Rotabroach® 12000 Series 7/8" X 3" Annular Cutter is made of hardened M2 high speed steel and is precision ground for superior performance throughout the cut. Cutter with 3/4" Dia double-flatted shank requires very less horsepower and thrust to cut and it last much longer than traditional hole making methods. Cutters are resharpaneable and they offers extended tool life.
