Item Details
- Stoody® 120 is a high manganese wire recommended for applications involving severe wear and impact. Deposits are austenitic whether applied to manganese steel or carbon steel. This is an excellent alloy for the rebuilding of crusher rolls, hammers, impactor nuts, cone crusher nuts and railroad trackcomponents.
Features
- DC reverse polarity recommended, using either stringer or weave beads.
- Welding can be done out-of-postion with the smaller diameter wires; vertical up requires a wide weave technique.
