  • Special Metals 61 ERNi-1 .035" Dia Nickel Filler Metal comes on a 30 lb spool and is suitable for surfacing of steel. Filler metal can be used for gas-tungsten-arc, gas-metal-arc and submerged-arc welding of Nickel 200/201. Weld metal having tensile strength of 60000 psi exhibits good corrosion resistance, particularly in alkalis. Filler metal supports dissimilar welding applications such as joining Nickel 200 and 201 to stainless steels, carbon steels, Inconel alloys, Incoloy alloys, copper-nickel alloys as well as Monel alloys. Filler metal can also be used for joining Monel alloys and copper-nickel alloys to carbon steels and copper-nickel alloys to Inconel as well as Incoloy alloys.
