- Special Metals Inconel® 617 ERNiCrCoMo-1 .045" Dia Ni-Cr-Co-Mo Filler Metal comes on a 30 lb spool and is suitable for gas-tungsten-arc as well as gas-metal-arc welding. It is used for petrochemical processing, heat-treating equipment and in nitric acid production, gas turbines, combustion cans, ducting as well as transition liners. Filler metal having tensile strength of 90000 psi resists a broad range of corrosive aqueous environments. Filler metal with high temperature strength and metallurgical stability exhibits oxidation resistance. Filler metal can be used for joining various dissimilar high temperature alloys like Incoloy alloys 800HT/802 and cast alloys such as HK-40/HP/HP-45 modified.
