Sandvik ER309/ER309L 0.03" Dia Sandvik Bare MIG Wire comes in a 10 lb spool and is ideal for joining stainless Cr-Ni steels of the 309 type, Cr-steels and dissimilar steels. Wire is used for TIG, MIG, submerged arc and plasma arc welding. Wire can also be used for joints between low alloyed or non alloyed steels where resistance to corrosion is of less importance. Wire features positive electrode that renders good penetration in all types of welded joints. Wire meets EN ISO 14343 and ASME/AWS SFA5.9 standards.

Sandvik 24.13.L is suitable for joining stainless Cr-Ni steels of the 309 type, Cr-steels and dissimilar steels e.g. austenitic stainless steel to carbon or low-alloyed steels for service up to 320oC (610oF)
It is used for MIG/MAG-, TIG-, plasma-arc and submerged-arc welding
