  • Crown Alloys Royal 117-T 1/8" Dia X 36" Hard Facing TIG Welding Rod comes in a 5 lb package and is an ideal choice to armor the cutting teeth as well as gage holding surfaces of rock drill bits. It is used to make overlays whose abrasion resistance surpasses that of any hard facing material. TIG rod is also perfect for the wearing surfaces of mining, quarrying, digging and earth moving equipment. Rod is self-fluxing that cuts granite, quartz easily water and is good for oil drill bits, plow shares and cultivator shoes.
