  • SPECIAL METALS Monel® 67 AWS A5.7 ERCuNi 1/16" Dia X 36" Filler Metal is ideally designed for welding of MONEL alloy 450 and other copper-nickel alloys using oxyacetylene, gas-tungsten arc, gas metal arc and submerged arc. Filler metal produces a copper-nickel weld metal having an excellent resistance to corrosion in seawater and is perfect for surfacing of steel if a nickel filler metal 61 is applied as a first barrier. Filler metal uses INCOFLUX 8 submerged arc flux for submerged arc welding and is used for joining MONEL alloys or nickel 200 and copper nickel alloys in dissimilar applications. It is also used in marine, desalination applications and meets VdTUV 4528.00 and 4529.00 standards.
