Sandvik ER312 Stainless Steel TIG Welding Rod measuring 3/32" X 36" Dia is ideal for joining dissimilar steels and for overlay welding of carbon and low-alloy steels that are suited for MIG/MAG-, TIG-, plasma-arc and submerged-arc welding. TIG rod gives an ferritic-austenitic structure with a high ferrite content is stamped with grade and heat on both ends. Rod with high chromium content gives high oxidation resistance up to 1100 deg C and comes in a 10 lb tube.
