  • Lincoln Electric® Innershield® NR®-152 Self Shielded Flux Core Carbon Steel Tubular Welding Wire of 0.045" Dia ideal for high speed welding of specially coated steels is porosity resistant and has good overlapping capabilities. Wire comes in 25 lb plastic spool and renders less burn through on thin gauge materials with soft, consistent arc. It can be used for variety of applications like robotic, automotive, transportation, continuous welding on galvanized or zinc coated carbon steel in moderate wind conditions with no tenting, spot or short intermittent welds and single pass welding on thicknesses from 0.030" - 3/16". It welds at zero drag angle and facilitates easy fixturing in automatic applications. Wire meets AWS A5.20/A5.20M: 2005 E71T-14, ASME SFA-A5.20: E71T-14 standards.
