Bernard™ Heavy Duty Centerfire™ Nozzle Body made of copper features thicker walls and a new, high temperature insulator for reducing changes caused by heat degradation. Nozzle body can be attached to a removable cone for easy cleaning and is available in a variety of configurations, with several nozzle orifices and tip recesses. Nozzle body accommodates "T" series contact tip and when combined with a HD Centerfire™ nozzle cone it results in a complete HD Centerfire™ nozzle.

Centerfire nozzles have a built-in spatter shield that smooth's and concentrates gas flow for less weld oxidation and contamination
Centerfire nozzles allow fixed tip positioning at flush, 1/8 in and 1/4 in recess and 1/8 in extension for consistent welds

Centerfire consumables are suitable for use in heavy duty and light commercial applications and fit most competitive brand guns to enhance performance and allow standardization of one contact tip and nozzle for all gun brands to minimize inventory management costs
