  • RADNOR™ Model 40-B Bernard® Shortstub® style electrode holder is designed to greatly improve productivity with quick and easy electrode installation and replaceable head. Over 2,000 pounds of grippingpressure allows the electrode to be bent to a desired shape for access to difficult welds and allows the electrode to be used to within 1" of the high-heat, high-impact head compared with the normal 3" of electrode left-over with typical tong-type holders.
